John Chapman

Vice President

John has a BS degree from Clemson University with a minor in business management. He has over 24 years’ experience in waterproofing, restorations, construction, and project management. While attending Clemson University, John worked in the field of construction during the summers. Since that time he has worked as a labor, supervisor, site superintendent, Project Manager, founder and president of Chapman Restorations, Inc. to Vice-President of LESCO Restorations, Inc. John is NASCLA Exam Certified and holds several General Contractors’ licenses. John’s experience hiring, managing employees, business sales and development, accounting, estimating and billing, quality control, and maintaining customer relations are invaluable to LESCO’s team.

Don Ford

Director of Business Development

Don has had tremendous success with projects both large and small in his years at LESCO. Among those projects was The Renaissance (Fairmont) Hotel in New Oleans, LA. As a past president of the International Concrete Repair Institute, Past President of the Carolina’s chapter of ICRI, SWR Institute member and American Concrete Institute member, Don is a graduate of The Citadel and brings with him many national and local contacts and over 20 years of experience.

Dee Lindsey

CFO

Demetria A. Lindsey has a BS degree in accounting and an AS in business. She has over 20 years experience in corporate accounting at the Fortune 500 company level. She is a certified Six Sigma greenbelt and is experienced in the documentation and control grids for Sarbanes-Oxley.

Dee has been with LESCO for 6 years. After performing as accounting manager and controller, she became our Chief Financial Officer in 2014.

Hayes Thompson

Director of Restorations

A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Thompson is Director of Restorations with LESCO Restorations, Inc. with over twenty years in the industry. He started his career in the industry initially in the technical side of the sealants & adhesive sector. After joining a company in the mid-west, he managed the building code compliance for the company’s structures. After four years of national & international travel, Mr. Thompson returned to the Southeast to manage structural & building envelope repairs in the region. Having completed a volume of restoration projects, he is often called upon by consulting firms for assistance in solving complex technical issues. Mr. Thompson has testified as an expert third party in court proceedings & depositions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Concrete Repair Institute-Carolinas and is a member of the Waterproofing Contractors Association.

Mike Brewer

Operations Manager

Mike Brewer has a BA degree from the University of South Carolina – Spartanburg and has been with LESCO since 1994. He began his LESCO career as a Customer Service Representative in the early days of our Help Desk Division. Mike spent a few years as a Technician Coordinator interfacing between our office and field staff. He spent the next several years in the IT department. Currently, he supervises the Help Desk Division and assists with Commercial Construction Services.

Ben Carroll

Senior Project & Account Manager

Ben studied at Coastal Carolina and York Technical College. He has been with LESCO for 24 years and has worn many hats with the company. Starting in our Contract Maintenance division, he then took on the task of Project Manager on the construction side of the company. He is currently a Senior Project Manager and Account Manager. Ben also heads up our Hurricane Preparation program working with several large companies. He also works with his customers on budgeting Capital Expense items and executing those items in a cost effective manner. He is currently executing projects from parking lots, interior remodels, roofing, painting, and many others.
