LESCO operates a Help Desk that offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  A toll-free number is assigned to your firm and is answered by a LESCO associate specifically assigned to represent your company. OUR associate becomes YOUR virtual staff.  EVERY call is answered by a live operator, who is trained in problem resolution.  Service history is compiled, including updated warranties and insurance documents. Consolidated invoicing, on-line reports, and risk management documentation are available as well.
