Bids
Before getting bids for your projects, check with your bidders for:
* Proper licenses
* Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance
* A good track record of similar projects
PS: Make sure bids are in writing and everyone understands the scope of work. Hint – if one bidder is more than 20% lower than the others, go over the job with them again.
